ICONENT GROUP (referred to as "ICONENT", "we", "us", or "our") is a music industry company operating in the United States. Our principal place of business is 99 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005. ICONENT GROUP is the data controller for personal information collected through iconent-group.com (the "Site") and our services.

2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, social media handles, and any information you submit when booking a review call or contacting us by email.
- Booking and engagement data: information you enter into our scheduling tool (Calendly) when booking a review call, including the time you select and any notes provided.
- Project information: streaming numbers, release history, content, audience metrics, and similar information that you voluntarily share during the engagement process.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, time-zone, operating system, referring URL, and information about how you interact with the Site (pages viewed, links clicked).
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7.
- Payment information (when applicable): we do not store payment card data on our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which collects and retains card and billing information under its own privacy policy.

We use personal information to:
- Provide and operate our services, including scheduling and conducting review calls.
- Communicate with you about your project, our services, and account matters.
- Process payments and manage billing (via Stripe).

- Contract: to provide services you request (such as a review call or program engagement).
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the Site and services.

We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers: third parties that perform services on our behalf, including:
- Calendly — scheduling and call booking.
- Vercel — Site hosting and content delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing (when applicable).
- Email and communication providers used to operate our business.
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers, and similar advisers, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities and legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

ICONENT GROUP operates from the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed to provide adequate protection, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
